Education
Education is another aim of Ronzoni Institute. Students are involved in research projects within an Institute Department where they conduct their scientific activity. They specialize in advanced techniques and develop their understanding of particular areas of modern science.
The Foundation, established originally in 1927 as the “E. MOLINARI” Institute of Specialization in Industrial Chemistry, dedicated “ante litteram” to the postgraduate training of graduates in chemistry and industrial chemistry, the Institute continues to contribute to the professional training of recent graduates in scientific disciplines both with organization of specialization courses in analytical techniques and research training through the provision of scholarships.

Postgraduate courses
PhD students, registered with one of our academic partners, are hosted in the Institute’s Laboratories, where they conduct their scientific activities.
During the last decade more than 10 PhD students have conducted their PhD studies in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Industrial Chemistry and Biochemical Sciences at the Institute.
Master
Since 2011 Ronzoni Institute coordinates the internship of students from the II level Master in “Preformulazione, Sviluppo Farmaceutico e Controllo di Medicinali” and “Progettazione e sviluppo dei farmaci” organized by the Univerisity of Pavia. In collaboration with the Faculty of Medicine at Università Cattolica (Rome), students from the Level II Master’s degree in “Sistemi di Qualità GxP & ISO” have also attended their internships at the Institute.
Thesis and Internship
Under-graduated students in Chemistry, Pharmacy and Biology are given the opportunity of conducting the experimental work required to complete their undergraduate thesis, following approval of their Faculty.
Scholarship
Every year, the Institute also provides scholarships for graduates in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology and related disciplines.
Training for high school students
A training program, lasting four weeks, designed specifically for high school students who are interested in chemistry and biochemistry is also available and is supported by The Ministry of Education, Universities and Research.
